HYR consultants are law enforcement and private security experts with decades of experience as qualified managers for private patrol operators and investigation firms.
The Governor appointed them as private security subject matter experts and to the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS) Disciplinary Review Board. They have served on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards, and Associates (CALSAGA).
They have earned graduate-level degrees and graduated from state and federal law enforcement academies.
